GET /v1/snapchat/user
User Profile
Retrieves a Snapchat user's public profile by handle, including identity, stories, and spotlight content. Returns userProfile with username, title, snapcodeImageUrl, subscriberCount, bio, and profilePictureUrl. Also includes highlightStoryMetadata with individual story snaps (mediaUrl, mediaType, thumbnailUrl) and spotlightStoryMetadata with video details and engagement stats (viewCount, shareCount, commentCount).

Spotlight Comments by Link
Fetches public comments from Snapchat's Spotlight comments API by URL. Returns the snap id, comments, a cursor for the next page, and hasMore. Pass the returned cursor back as the cursor param to load more comments.
