Terms of Service

Realtime data for your Agent

1. Service

Scrapall provides public social-media data API, billed by credit. Each plan shows its credit amount and validity on the Pricing page. Unused credits expire with the plan.

2. Payment

• We accept USDT on TRC20 (Tron) or ERC20 (Ethereum) only. BEP20 and other networks are not supported.
• Send exactly the amount shown on the order (including decimals) before the order expires.
• Sending to the wrong network, wrong token, wrong address, or wrong amount may lose funds; we are not responsible for such transactions.

3. No refunds

No refunds. All payments are final, even if credits are not fully used.

4. API key

• The key is displayed only once after payment. You are responsible for storing and securing the key.
• Do not share or resell the key. We may suspend the key if abuse is detected.
• Errors from the data source do not deduct credit.

5. Acceptable use

You are responsible for complying with the law and the source platform's terms when using data. Do not use the service for spam, harassment, or illegal purposes.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that data is always complete or that the service is uninterrupted.
