How do I export TikTok followers with an API?

Call the followers endpoint with the account handle, or its user_id, and your API key in the header. The JSON response holds one page of followers. Request the next page to continue until you have the full list you need.

Can I also get the accounts a user follows?

Yes. A second endpoint returns the following list for a handle in the same JSON format, so you can compare who an account follows with who follows it.

Can I get only new followers?

The followers endpoint accepts a min_time filter, so you can ask only for followers added after a point in time. This makes it easy to track growth without exporting the whole list again.

Do I need a TikTok developer account?

No. You only need a Scrapall API key. There is no app review and no TikTok login, and only public accounts are read.

How are follower exports billed?

Each successful page request is billed from your credit balance. The exact cost per call is shown in the cost table on this page and comes from the live price list, so it is always current.
