You can read a public Telegram channel or group by its handle and get its name, description, avatar and verification status as JSON. A second endpoint returns the public web-preview posts of the channel with text, publish date and views, and a third reads one post by URL. You do not need a Telegram bot, a phone number login or a Python client library, and each successful call is billed on its own.
