The scan covers publicly listed profile bios and contact links, recognized link-in-bio pages and a bounded set of creator-declared public website pages, and returns deduplicated email addresses with their public source URLs and source types.

Yes. Each email comes back deduplicated with the public source URLs and source types where it was found, so you can check the context before you write to the creator. Some sources are internal and are left out, in which case the sources array is empty.
Not always. An address may belong to the creator, a manager or an agency that the creator lists publicly. Treat the result as public contact data and check the source before you use it in an outreach campaign.
Yes. The endpoint accepts an optional cache_max_age parameter, so you can choose how fresh a result must be. This is useful when you check the same list of creators again and do not need a full new scan every time.
