The response returns ageRange with low and high bounds, a gender value and a confidence score for the gender prediction. It is one REST call with one parameter, url, so you can add basic demographic signals to an influencer list without checking every profile picture by hand. The photo must show a clear, visible face for accurate results.

It is an estimate from one image, not verified personal data. The profile photo must contain a clear, visible face for accurate results. Use the confidence score to decide which predictions you trust and which ones you send to a manual review step.
The confidence score belongs to the gender prediction. A higher value means the model is more certain. Many teams set a threshold, keep results above it automatically and review the rest by hand before they use the data in a campaign.
Age from a photo cannot be known exactly, so the response gives ageRange with a low and a high bound. Use the range to group creators into broad segments rather than to treat the estimate as an exact age.
Then the estimate will not be reliable. The endpoint needs a profile photo with a clear, visible face. Logos, group photos or images without a face should be filtered out or treated as unknown in your own data.
